NURS 204 - Foundations of Health Assessment and Health Promotion In Caring Health Practices This course introduces the student to the nursing process with an emphasis on holistic assessment across the life-span and provides opportunities to implement the nursing caring practices of health assessment and health promotion in a variety of settings. Holistic assessment includes cultural, developmental, nutritional, psychosocial, psychomotor, and spiritual dimensions. 5 credit hours 4 theory hours and 3 clinical hours per week Prerequisite: SCIE 103 , SCIE 123 , SCIE 124 and SCIE 125 Corequisite: SCIE 220
