NURS 752 - Outcome Measurement and Analysis for Individual and Population Health This course prepares students to plan, design, analyze, and summarize evidence-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across practice settings. Students will learn techniques to develop clear problem statements, formulate a comprehensive data analysis plan, including process and outcome measures, and summarize data analysis results. Students will gain skills in alignment of the problem statement, selection of metrics, measurement, and data analysis using statistical software. Themes present throughout the course will include problem-solving, performance improvement, and process refinement by applying research findings to a particular population and setting. Prerequisites: NURS 750 NURS 751 3 credit hours
