NURS 522 - Advanced Health Assessment

Builds on the basic theoretical foundations and practice of health assessment skills. The course serves as a basis for the advanced practice nurse to critically evaluate pertinent information and assess the health needs of individuals across the lifespan. Applications of the health assessment techniques are practiced in the nursing laboratory as well as with clients in outside agencies.
