MILSCI 3001 - Training Management and the Warfighting Functions This is an academically challenging course where students will study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of Army leadership, Officership, Army values and ethics, personal development, and small unit tactics at the team and squad level. 3 credit hours Prerequisite: Permission of department chairperson or instructor. This is the first course for the junior and senior level Army ROTC program that leads to a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Students pursuing a minor only in Military Science must meet with the Admissions and Scholarship Officer for approval of the Military Science only program.
