NURS 501 - Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice This course provides an analysis of research in nursing with a focus on translating this research into practice through the use of evidence. Attention is given to critiquing evidence-based practice, meta-analysis, systemic reviews, clinical practice guidelines and primary studies. Clinical practice and ethical decision-making is guided by critically reviewing the research and determining the process of integration. Prerequisites: Statistics and Undergraduate Research. 3 credit hours
